He has planned and executed dozens of complex, strategic and multi-national user-centred design programmes for world leading organisations, specialising in the use of research and analytical techniques to drive design.

His experience spans across a wide range of digital channels and technologies, and across all stage of the design lifecycle.

He has spoken at numerous conferences on a variety of UX topics, co-chaired UXPA conferences, helped to grow a global network of specialist UX consultancies, been a guest lecturer at several universities and mentored startups at Google's Launchpad events.
